Returns Accepted: Due to the nature of downloadable digital items, Genesis Systems does not generally offer a refund, credit or accept software
returns unless the software is unopened in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns After 30 Days: If more than 30 days have passed since purchased Genesis Systems cannot offer a refund or an exchange unless accompanied
by a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Restocking Fees: All accepted returns may be subjected to up to a 50% restocking fee, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions: All hardware and custom hardware / software product sales are final and non-refundable.
Defective Media: Unreadable / defective distribution media (CDs, DVDs) will be replaced by Genesis Systems at no charge if discovered within 30
days of purchase, or if you are subscribed to the Genesis annual maintenance program with no balance outstanding.
